RETURNS:
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- NO RETURNS AVAILABLE FOR ANY ORDERS.
- ITEMS ARE VERY LIMITED.
Let us know if there are any issues with your order 7 days after delivery.
(NOTE: Once your order leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible.)

ORDERS:
All orders will take 3-5 business days for packaging and handling. This will be separate from the actual shipping time.
Please make sure all order information is accurate.
We are not responsible for any misinformation provided in your order form.
You are strictly liable for everything you submit in the order form.
We can no longer make any changes to your order once submitted.
SHIPPING/TRACKING
- You will receive an email when your order ships out along with a tracking number.
- If you have not received an email with a tracking number then your order is still processing and has not shipped out yet.
- If you are yet to receive your package after "marked as delivered" please reach out to your shipping carrier within 7 days to file a claim.
- We are not responsible for any packages that have been "marked as delivered" by the carrier. WE WILL NOT issue refunds, in store credit, or any other discounts for any packages "marked as delivered" by the designated carrier.
United States Shipping Policy:
- It can take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. The processing and packing time is separate from the shipping time. The shipping estimated time is added on top of the processing time. Standard shipments will ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, or similar service. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS or equivalent service. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.
- At the moment we will only ship orders within the United States. (This will be temporary while we figure out international logistics)
